The Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence Journal publishes rigorous research in quantum computing, quantum artificial intelligence, quantum machine learning, and quantum natural language processing.
Mission
The journal provides a scholarly venue for rigorous theoretical, computational, and experimental research at the intersection of quantum computing and artificial intelligence.
We welcome work on quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, quantum natural language processing, and the theory and engineering that connect quantum information science with machine learning and artificial intelligence, provided that claims are supported by appropriate evidence and limitations are stated clearly.

Who runs the journal
Four groups hold four different responsibilities here, and the journal states which is which rather than blurring them: the Editor-in-Chief decides; the editorial board advises and handles manuscripts; peer reviewers assess confidentially and recommend; the publisher, Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence Journal, funds and distributes the journal and takes no part in any decision about a manuscript.
House style
Articles are published in MLA, 9th edition. Every research object carries a generated citation from the moment it is created, stamped with its workflow stage, so a draft can never be cited as a published article.
