For Authors

Author guidelines

Submit a complete scholarly manuscript with transparent methods, appropriate references, clear limitations, and enough information for editorial and peer-review assessment.

House style: MLA, 9th edition

MLA is the journal's standard for citations, the works-cited list, and manuscript formatting. Submit double-spaced text in a 12 pt serif face, with in-text parenthetical citations and a list headed Works Cited.

Figures

Figures are generated from your data, so the published figure and the numbers behind it cannot drift apart. Write a chart block in the manuscript and the journal draws it as a vector figure, numbered and captioned automatically:

```chart
type: radar
title: Quantum advantage across task families
caption: Normalized score across five task families (illustrative).
axes: Classification, Sampling, Optimization, NLP, Simulation
max: 10
Classical baseline: 6, 5, 7, 4, 5
Quantum model: 8, 7, 9, 6, 8
```

Revisions and resubmission

When an editor requests revisions, the manuscript returns to you and becomes editable again.

Do not submit a manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration or under appeal here.

Citing your own manuscript before publication

Every manuscript receives a permanent identifier and a generated MLA citation as soon as the draft is created, and the citation is restated at each workflow stage — submitted, under review, accepted, published. Use it in grant reports and CVs, with the stage label intact: a manuscript under review must never be cited as a published article.

AI-assisted drafting

The platform may provide optional AI-assisted drafting and review tools. These tools do not establish factual validity or originality. Authors must verify claims, references, quotations, data, equations, code, and methodological statements before submission.
